Formatting
Articles and Photos for Printing
If you are submitting
an article or photograph for publication,
PLEASE follow the following guidelines:
All e-mailed or electronic
files should be typed in normal sentence
style, using both capital and lowercase
letters. Please do not submit articles
in ALL CAPS. This requires extensive reformatting
and may result in errors in your article.
Electronic files should
be in Word (.doc) format when possible.
Newspaper clippings should
identify the newspaper the article is
from and date it was printed.
Digital photos can be
submitted at news@lions20E1.org.
Please keep digital photo
file size to less that 500KB.
Actual photos can be mailed

Please include a self-address
stamped envelope if you wish the photos
to be returned.
NOTE: photos printed in
club newsletters, newspapers, on color
printers or photocopies cannot be used
as the quality is not clear enough. Only
original photographs or digital files
please.
